Our current processing time is 1–3 business days.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.
During busy sale periods, public holidays or promotional events, processing may take a little longer. If significant delays occur, we'll keep you informed.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery option selected.
Where an incorrect shipping option has been chosen for oversized or rural deliveries, we may contact you to arrange payment of the additional shipping cost before dispatch.
If you choose not to proceed with the additional shipping charge, we may cancel your order and provide a refund less any applicable restocking fee where permitted.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on Australian orders over $169.95.
Free shipping does not apply to oversized or heavy items.
📦 Large & Heavy Items
Some products incur significantly higher freight costs.

A $29.95 Large Item Shipping Fee applies unless otherwise stated.
Where multiple oversized products are purchased, additional freight charges may apply. If this occurs, we will contact you before dispatch.
